At AJW, we pride ourselves in providing opportunities for our team members to grow and develop in their chosen career paths. And so it is with great pleasure that we announce the addition of four new directors to our leadership team, all familiar faces within our organization.
Karen Ramirez, Director, Production & Planning
Since joining the AJW team, Karen has helped implement a quarterly inventory process to better manage materials and labor costs; maximized capacity by scheduling departments by work center; and systemized inventory to enable a better flow of materials. With that track record, we know we can expect great things from her in her new role overseeing logistics, planning, materials inventories and production scheduling across the company.
Stephanie Saldana, Director, Customer Service & Sales
The daughter of an entrepreneur, Stephanie excels in a high-paced environment with clearly defined goals. That, her years of experience at Ampco and her marketing savvy make her the perfect person to take charge of our customer service and sales team. As director, she’ll be focused on driving growth toward our long-term business objectives while ensuring we stay focused on service at every phase of the customer experience.
Sandra Ulloa, Director, Human Resources
With the acquisition of Ampco, AJW gained a talented and knowledgeable HR professional in Sandra. An HR generalist, she is well versed in all aspects of human resource management. But it is her passion for her work and the impact she has on our entire team that truly sets her apart. We’re fortunate to have her assume leadership of our combined human resources team.
Nicholas Ennis, Director, Information Technology
Nick has officially joined the AJW team after years as a trusted partner providing onsite and remote support for our organization. His drive to stay on top of his rapidly changing field and the way he embraces challenges makes him a perfect fit for our high-performance team. His focus will be leveraging our technology infrastructure and resources to ensure it can support our continued growth.
Please join us in congratulating Karen, Stephanie, Sandra and Nick on their new roles.
